Privacy Policy

ReplyBetter processes the text you submit so it can generate improved reply suggestions.

Submitted messages may be sent to our AI processing provider, currently Google Gemini, to produce the reply options and tone tweaks. ReplyBetter does not store original messages, generated replies, or conversation text in our app database by default.

ReplyBetter uses Firebase for account sign-in, email verification, and basic account records. We store account data, subscription status, usage counts, estimated token counts, and abuse-protection signals so the service can manage free rewrites, Pro access, fair use, and security.

Payments and subscription checkout are handled by Lemon Squeezy. ReplyBetter does not collect or store card details.

Users should not enter sensitive information, including passwords, private financial details, health information, or anything they would not want processed for a writing suggestion.
