ReplyBetter stores account data, subscription data, usage counts, and estimated token counts so the service can manage free rewrites, Pro access, fair use, and abuse protection.

ReplyBetter does not store original messages, generated replies, or conversation text by default.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy hosted checkout. ReplyBetter does not collect or store card details.

Users should not enter sensitive information, including passwords, private financial details, health information, or anything they would not want processed for a writing suggestion.
