Users retain ownership of messages they submit and may use generated replies for their own communication.

ReplyBetter owns the website, branding, logo, code, design, and software.

Users must review every suggestion before sending it. ReplyBetter may misread context, names, dates, tone, slang, sarcasm, or intent.

ReplyBetter does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Do not use ReplyBetter for abusive, threatening, scam, illegal, or impersonation activity. Users may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, clone, or abuse the service.

Free users get 5 rewrites. Monthly Pro is $4.99/month. Yearly Pro is $29.99/year. Paid subscriptions, checkout, payment details, invoices, and billing changes are managed by Lemon Squeezy.

Pro includes unlimited rewrites, subject to fair use: 300 rewrites/month, 20 rewrites/hour, and 2,000 characters per message. Automated, abusive, or excessive use may be limited, and accounts may be suspended for abuse.

Refunds are handled according to the active checkout policy shown at purchase. Contact support@replybetter.com.au if you need help with an account, billing, cancellation, or access issue.
